My first taste of Yoga was aged 16 and I’ve stayed curious ever since. I have devoted 15 years of studying Yoga first as a student then as a teacher in 2013 when I completed my YTT at Kagyu Samye Dzong Tibetan Buddhist Meditation Centre in London. Yoga gives meaning to me as I continue to practice by means of reading, workshops, courses, self-study and applying a dutiful care through teaching to further my knowledge and deepen my wisdom.
